Fuel cell non-isolated boost DC-DC converter

Share:

The third generation DC/DC converter

    The fuel cell non-isolated boost DC-DC converter is used to convert the low-voltage DC boost from the fuel cell output to a high-voltage DC output, matching the voltage requirements of an electric vehicle, providing power to an electric vehicle while charging the power battery.
    The product has a power density of up to 5.3KW/L,resulting in a higher power density with minimal volume and increased economical utility.

Technical features

● Full SiC power device design;
● High switching frequency, high power density, high efficiency;
● The company's third generation of new standard high-power density technology, the use of more advanced circuit topology, digital control;
● Better dynamic adjustment capability to adapt to the large range of fluctuations in the load, to meet the requirements of vehicle mobility.

Description

(1) The input current in the chart above is rated input current and the power does not exceed the rated power, the input voltage and output voltage corresponding to the operating range range, usually 4 times the voltage range beyond this range converter will not be able to work properly;
(2) The rated input power of the chart above is the input voltage multiplied by the rated input current;
(3) The minimum voltage of the output is the input voltage divided by 0.9, the maximum voltage of the output is divided by 0.25,and the maximum voltage is limited to 750V.

When the boost ratio >4, the input voltage VS enters the maximum current operating range graph
